These terms govern your use of our services and website. By engaging with MM Home FZE, you accept these terms in full.

2. Services Provided

We offer interior décor services including concept development, space planning, furniture selection, and styling, without structural modifications.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, timely approvals, and full payment as agreed.

4. Payments & Refunds

 

A 50% deposit is required upon project initiation. The remaining 50% is due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, mood boards, and presentations remain the intellectual property of MM Home FZE unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by third parties, suppliers, or force majeure events.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes.
